Step 1
Place the fully cooked bone-in ham on the platter with the pointed end up, and arrange the platter on the Lazy Susan so it is stable.
Step 2
Insert the knife into the top of the ham, making a cut almost through to the bone.
Step 3
Hold the knife steady with one hand and turn the lazy Susan with the other. Move the knife through the ham at a slight angle so that you make a spiral cut down the entire length of the ham. If you are right-handed, angle the knife so that it's slanting to the right and turn the Lazy Susan counterclockwise. Do the opposite if you are left-handed. You will be left with slices of ham attached to the bone.
Step 4
Separate the slices from the bone by cutting all the way down the length of the bone one side at a time.
